David Renberg and Foundation Realty provided exceptional service throughout our seven-month search for our first home. We began our search in the fall, knowing that we likely would not purchase until late spring, but David was fully committed from day one.

He was always quick to respond to our questions, flexible in accommodating our schedule whenever we were in town to view homes, and attentive to the specific needs and preferences we had for our future home. His expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the entire process.

As we moved through the contract and closing stages, David's communication remained clear, timely, and reassuring—even when unexpected challenges arose that were beyond his control. His friendly demeanor, sense of humor, and genuine care for his clients helped ease the stress that naturally comes with such a major life decision.

We are incredibly grateful for David's dedication and professionalism and give him and Foundation Realty our highest recommendation. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy realtor, you won't find anyone better.

We have sold and bought with Foundation Realty and loved working with them. Buying and selling can be stressful and confusing but they do their best to make the process have clarity.

I cannot truly recommend Foundation Realty highly enough.

I worked closely with David to buy my first home and gosh truly, I just cannot say enough positive things about my experience.

He was honest with me, advocated for me, educated me, was a grounding pole in an unknown process and was a constant shining light of positivity while also being realistic and honest.

David never wavered from providing absolutely outstanding service to me and this kindness still extends today even after I’ve closed.

Truly, if you are looking for a realtor, save yourself the time, trouble, and headache - go with Foundation Realty.
