Clay Graber was great to work with and I would highly recommend to anyone. Being military we had a unique situation with buying a home prior to our arrival and in another time zone. Clay was understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. His communication was top notch, he kept us up to date on everything from inspections to closing day and everything in between. He went above and beyond with our requests with lining up quotes from contractors, fence installation, lawn care, measurements, and appliance delivery making sure our home was ready for us and our arrival carefree. Clay Graber was recommended to me by a colleague, and we are very thankful his name was passed along to us. Clay started working with us nearly a year in advance of our closing date because we were house hunting virtually from across the country. In the early stages, Clay was quick to narrow our focus and make recommendations for financing and local loan officers. When the time came to start searching, he always viewed properties we were interested in within 24 hours. His detailed yet focused notes and recommendations helped us come to an informed decision. Clay Graber was recommended by a mutual friend, and he was great to work with. Being in the military, there is a little more that goes into purchasing a home with the VA loan and time/location restraints, and Clay was very knowledgeable and flexible throughout the entire process. Clay was willing to have multiple phone calls, text conversations, meet with me 6 months before my eventual purchase, and walk through multiple houses for me while I was deployed. As this was my first time purchasing a home, I appreciated Clay taking the time to walk me through the process. I ended up buying my house sight unseen which I probably would not have done if I had not trusted Clay so much from our previous interactions. Clay was also able to negotiate a great deal where I ended up buying under asking price and walking away with money in my pocket during the hottest buying period of the year. Additionally, Clay has continued to be helpful when it comes to recommending local utility services and maintenance companies. When it comes to local area expertise, knowledge about buying with a VA loan, negotiation skills, communication flexibility, and overall willingness to go above and beyond for his clients, I cannot recommend Clay enough.
