Greeve Construction


Greeve Construction is a privately owned general contracting company established in 2010. It is located between Wamego and Manhattan, KS.  Ricky Greeve Jr. is the owner of the company, and is a statewide licensed general contractor. Greeve specializes in residential building and remodeling, combining both integrity and beauty in the finished product to make a house into your home. He has built speculation and custom homes in Wamego, Manhattan, St. George, and Wheaton, KS, and has worked on commercial jobs in Topeka and Manhattan. Before becoming a general contractor, Ricky spent 20 years in residential and commercial painting, trim carpentry, flooring installation, landscaping, and mudjacking, with eight of those years as the project manager for Robinson Building Corporation.  This background allows him to understand what it takes to produce a quality home or commercial project.  He has a strong work ethic, cares about quality and timeliness, and listens to what his clients want. Greeve is an active member of the National Home Builders Association and the Flint Hills Builder’s Association.
