Clay Graber did an amazing job! In a world of people looking to make a quick buck, Clay is a breath of fresh air. He genuinely cares about people and is open and honest about the quality and fit of a house for his clients. He is professional but also extremely personable and easy to talk with. He has a great understanding of the areas he serves (Manhattan in our case) and not only found us an amazing house, but gave us insight into the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We found Kathy Walsh when a local house came on the market and my daughter was beginning her search. She was always willing to set up viewings for us and got us in quickly to see many homes. Her personality was really down to earth, easy to ask questions and her knowledge of the market and this area, was great! But in the end, my daughter found a house for sale by a friend of the family. Even though we didn't use Kathy to purchase a house, we liked her so much, we used her to sell my daughter's house in Manhattan!
